Online Job Clinic

Our Online Job Clinic was created together with ItaliaHello with the goal of increasing access to employment opportunities for refugees and asylum seekers. To combat further obstacles that have arisen due to COVID-19, we have created a tool that can be used during a crucial part of the integration process. The Online Job Clinic aims to minimize the difficulties experienced in seeking employment and provide support during the job placement process.

The JobClinic Online is a tool which streamlines the job search process for refugees and asylum seekers. Not only does it facilitate the creation of CVs, using a template and pre existing categories to fill in, but it also makes it easier for the operators of the JNRC WORKS program to assist guests in this way.

The JobClinic Online seeks to bridge the gap between the supply and demand of labor. But this is easier said than done, having open job positions and CVs on one platform is the first step in giving the parties involved the opportunity to seek out either an employer or an employee, however, a more human approach is also necessary alongside it. This is why the JNRC has recently onboarded an expert in liasoning with companies in order to encourage employers to hire guests of the JNRC.

The JNRC WORKS program continues to grow and succeed in its goals by combining face to face job search support - ranging from career advice, finding internships to job interview preparation - with an efficient online platform. This makes job search support more accessible both for people who cannot easily reach the center and for those who may not be completely comfortable with technology.

For those seeking employment:

For those seeking employment the process is as easy as creating a username using your email account. All you need is a computer or mobile phone to access our website and you are ready to go; just follow the instructions to fill in your CV and look for job ads.

No payment necessary.
