Donate to the JNRC
When you support the JNRC, you’re materially improving the lives of refugees and asylum seekers. Every donation, whether of money or supplies, goes towards helping our guests build themselves a better future. (If all you have is time, we’ll happily accept that as well! Learn about volunteering at the JNRC.)
We can’t do this work without you!
Recurring gifts help us make financial projections that ensure the JNRC’s longevity, any gift whether recurring or one-time, are deeply appreciated. Choose where your money goes:
Make a gift today,
transform a life tomorrow.
Whatever you’re able to give: thank you, so much.
JNRC General Fund
We’ll allocate your gift to wherever it’s most needed at the moment. Our guests are many, as are their needs — thanks for helping us stay nimble and responsive so we can best serve them.
Supply Room Stock
Sleeping bags, coats, shoes, hygiene products — our guests depend on the JNRC Supply Rooms for daily necessities. Your donation gives someone comfort and dignity.
Daily Breakfast
No matter how cold our guests are, they know that they will always find a nutritious breakfast and a hot cup of tea. Just €12.50 feeds five people; €100 feeds forty-five.
As a community center that consistently gives, we are forever in need of supplies. The JNRC supply rooms depend on partnerships and private donations to distribute items of utmost necessity to our guests. We welcome used items that are clean and functional.
Our most frequent needs are backpacks, tote bags, sleeping bags, unused toiletries, men’s shoes (size 42-45) and men's clothing in smaller sizes, but we feel lucky to receive any mindful donation.
We accept donations during regular JNRC hours, 8:30am-13:00pm Monday through Friday. If you’d like to have items shipped to us, please contact us first.
Help us meet the basic
needs of Rome’s neediest.
